![]() Nina Holmes studied catering at Leith's in London before traveling the world honing her craft in the native restaurants of India, Nepal, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines before settling in Hong Kong to study truly international cuisine.
Having subsequently worked for some of the world's Royal Palaces, top restaurants and chefs, Nina branched out on her own, growing her business by word of mouth until she launched Food Addicts in London in 2002 and then in Mallorca in 2006.
Now living and working in Soller, North West Mallorca, Nina is fusing her international style with her love of Mediterranean cooking, using the fresh fish brought in daily at the Port, local meats and the seasonal ingredients of the region to create cuisine for banquets, state visits and special occasions.
